Job Description:

Au Pairs Recruitment is a 9 years old company based in Italy and looking any time of the year for au pairs/nannies for its selected Italian families. English speaking candidates, from European Union or English speaking countries (due to visa problems), are mostly required to teach the language to the children.Not essential the knowledge of Italian, but it might help. The au pairs are expected to help in taking care of children,enjoying spending time and interacting with them,able to take initiative in keeping things organized and neat, giving a hand with the everyday household chores. The host family will do her best for the au pair to be happy and have a pleasant stay in Italy. The agency supports the au pair whenever she needs help. No agency fee to applicants.

Job Requirements:

It is not necessary to be qualified to work as an au pair. But it is important to have experience with children as the host families need to trust the persons who handle their little loved ones.The au pair must be aware that she/he will be homesick, so she/he has to wish strongly to live this experience, as at the beginning it might be hard.The au pair has to be mature enaugh to adjust with the new habits and ways of life, very different from hers/his, without feeling shocked by the cultural change.The host family will do her best to help the au pair.
