Job Description:

Performs direct and general support (DS/GS) level maintenance and repair on special electronic devices, including: night vision equipment, mine detectors, scattering systems, electronic distance and azimuth orienting devices. �� Must be able to use test, measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), i.e. AN/GRM-122 Radio Test Set, to determine the cause and location of malfunctions, extent of faults and the level of maintenance required. �� Perform test, measurements, and diagnosis equipment to determine the cause and location of malfunctions, extend of faults, and category of maintenance required. �� Repairs systems, equipment and subassemblies by adjusting, aligning, repairing and replacing defective components. �� Repairs systems, replaces defective components and performs bench test to verify operations of repaired equipment. Must also be able to perform preventive maintenance on TMDE and tools. �� Evacuates damaged equipment and components to higher-level repair activities. �� Performs preventive maintenance checks and services on tools, test, measurements, and diagnosis equipment and vehicles. �� Performs final or quality control inspection of repaired equipment. �� Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

Job Requirements:

Must be age 21 or older Have a minimum of THREE years of experience in the past FIVE years You must not have High Blood Pressure or Diabetes You must have a valid US Driver's License NO FELONIES in the past seven years You must have your Passport in order to deploy Must be prior Military with MOS of 25U, 35E or 35F Must have knowledge of (SINCGARS) Single-Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System and (DS)Direct Support Maintenance
