Job Description:

Staff Non Commissioned Officer Level Education (NCO), NCO level E-6 or above or equivalent State Department GS level. Minimum of 10 years military operations & training experience required. OCONUS program operations and training experience is required. Experience with Africa peace support operations is highly desired; to include experience with Afria Contingency Operations Training and Assistance (ACOTA) Programs and its predecessor program, African Crisis Response Initiative (ACR ). Familiarity with Global Peace Operations Initiative (GPOI) and Enhanced International Peacekeeping Capabilities (EIPC) Program is a plus. Additionally, NCO experience with Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF)/Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). Experience at Battalion or Brigade level or the Combined Joint Task Force is preferred.

Job Requirements:

PAE a Lockheed Martin Company (PAE ) ACOTA Non Commissioned Military Trainer is responsible for providing training to ACOTA designated partner-nation trainers and militaries, will engage and train regional and sub-regional security organizations, and will support existing partner-nation training institutions where possible. Trainers will be responsible for accomplishing the following tasks · Preparation and planning for training and exercise activities · Classroom and/or field instruction, seminars, and workshops · Command Post Exercises with imbedded computer-assisted simulation (CPX/CAX) · Acquisition and shipment of required training materials, · Program administration.
