International Medical Corps is seeking a Deputy Chief of Party for USAID/Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) IQC, Support Which Implements Fast Transition IV (SWIFT IV). SWIFT IV is the mechanism through which OTI implements programs in countries in transition providing assistance to help host governments and civil society advance democracy. OTI requires implementation that is fast, flexible and targeted to the needs and priorities of the population in the host country promoting peace and stabilization. The Chief of Party has the overall responsibility for program accountability, working in close partnership with OTI’s Country Representative.
