Performs routine data entry, filing, and maintenance in order to support the department.
Assists in verifying cost accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records in order to ensure accuracy.
Uses office automated systems to input data to facilitate accounting tasks and generate basic financial reports.
Assists in balancing general or subsidiary ledgers to ensure accuracy.
Processes Antigua Club transactions, including POS system maintenance, purchasing and receiving for club, and organizing events when required
Maintains Club property account
Prepares cash and disbursement reports, and fills in for Base Accountant when needed
Responsible for maintenance of foreign national payroll system, a confidential employee database
Performs accurate and timely payroll processing for foreign nationals
