  • Proactively assess overarching process capabilities of Corporate Technology and identify improvement opportunities
  • Gather strategic ITSM requirements from Corporate Technology management
  • Assess services, derive improvement measures and plan implementation together with the teams of Corporate Technology
  • Create decision papers and facilitate the decision making process with Corporate Technology management
  • Facilitate teams in implementing improvement measures and changes
  • Monitor, measure and report on the progress and success of change


  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, economics or a similar subject and/or demonstrable knowledge and skills acquired in practice
  • You have at least 5+ years working experience in the area of IT Service Management (ITSM) for large IT organisations (inhouse or as an external consultant)
  • You are familiar with ITSM best practices in service strategy have hands-on experience in implementing continuous improvements
  • You have a service oriented mindset and are passionate about challenging the status quo in a constructive manner, and driving improvements
  • You are great in stakeholder management at multiple levels of the organization and you understand the needs of stakeholders in various business units
  • Your excellent communication skills help you making change happen
