Function Budget management, financial reporting, complaint handling, and availability report maintenance Preparation of rental and lease agreements Liaising with property owners Supervising staff members Rent and fee collection from tenants and owners Management of property expenses and reporting financial status to owners Tenant interaction, property showcasing, and application assessment in compliance with anti-discrimination laws Property inspection, repair coordination, and procurement of materials Contract negotiation for maintenance, security, and other services Resolution of property complaints and rental violations Vacancy advertising Profile Proven track record as a Property Manager Comprehensive understanding of property management, including its financial intricacies Thorough knowledge of regulations governing property management Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and relevant software Customer-centric approach with a keen eye on the bottom line Strong interpersonal skills with stellar communication and presentation abilities Fluency in German and English Offer A permanent contract An exciting international environment.
