What you will do At Kenvue, Digital is a key component of our Operations strategy and the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is orchestrating our Digital journeyby building and deploying end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem. To enable this, the DTO Data Assets team is building foundational, reusable, and scalable data assets. The Senior Manager, Procurement External Data Strategy will play a key role in shapingthe External Data Asset strategy to accelerate the Kenvue Digital Transformation and drive financial and strategic business outcomes Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end data sourcing, harmonization, and curation for the Procurement data domain Collect data requirements from data consumers, Capability Owners, and Digital Product Owners within the Procurement data domain or across domains, communicate data requirements to data providers, and monitor compliance to these requirements Coordinate with business process owners and stakeholders to ensure that the proper business context and impact are considered in discussions regarding specific data elements Apply advanced analytics, intelligent automation, data science, and other cutting-edge technology to continuously improve processes and drive greater value and efficiency in overall data management processes Implement governance of data standards within the Procurement data domain Partner with SMEs and Data Management teams to implement data quality standards and improve business processes in support of data quality Create and espouse a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team culture where different viewpoints are visibly encouraged and supported Manage high performing staff across subject matter areas This role may require up to 10% travel (domestic and/or international). What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering at a minimum with specialization in data science, computer science, data engineering, or advanced analytics fields preferred Minimum of 10 years of business experience with at least 5 years of Direct and/or Indirect Procurement/Sourcing, IT, or relevant functional experience Experience analyzing data, segmenting, rationalizing, defining, tracing lineage, developing controls, tracking issues, influencing ownership, as well as ensuring data is fit-for-purpose and ready for usage Experience with data modeling and data analysis techniques Experience with data management strategy and associated operational standards (e.g., Data Lifecycle Management, Data Quality standards) Expertise with Procurement and Supply Chain data (e.g., Vendor Master, Customer Master), operational and transactional ERP data, ARIBA, eMarketPlace, Network Collaboration data, and/or other external data Experience with Procurement Category management, Multi-Enterprise Collaboration, and/or other procurement analytics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions and process information quickly Strong end to end thinking to ensure proper linkages to cross-functional data strategies (e.g., Manufacturing, Deliver/Logistics, Quality, R&D, Commercial, etc.) Strong industry knowledge and business acumen Strong understanding of project management principles with experience applying Agile methodology Experience working in or with a complex global organization spanning across functions Experience leading a team and delivering outcomes with limited supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders High digital acumen and thought leadership with an agile mindset and experience shaping innovative digital solutions Desired Qualifications Master of Business Administration (MBA), masters degree and/or PhD in data science or other relevant field is preferred Experience in reference data operational processes and data lifecycle activities is preferred Experience in working with Microsoft Azure stack is Mandate Experience working across Supply Chain domains (planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality) is preferred Experience with acquisitions and divestitures is a plus Familiarity with financial statements and methodologies (P&L, Balance Sheet, COGs, GP, ROI, NPV, IRR) is a plus
