Your skills as an EEG Tech Specialist will help to fulfill that goal. We're looking for a team member to work as a Specialist who brings four years of experience in a clinical neurodiagnostic setting. This is a solid career step from a Tech II position for the right candidate.

As you provide EEG monitoring according to physician’s orders, you will be extending professional, expert care to the patients we serve. Joining our Neurodiagnostics team, you'll be working with a group of people who are committed to excellence in science and research.



Responsibilities

The EEG Tech Specialist is an advanced level position in the Neurodiagnostic Department.

The EEG Tech Specialist performs all core functions of the EEG Tech II and may also perform additional responsibilities appropriate to their competency and credentials for EP, LTME, cEEG or IONM under general supervision.

Supporting multiple locations at our 6 hospital sites from SW Washington (Salmon Creek) to Mid-Willamette Valley (Silverton).

Qualifications

Education:

Requires graduate of a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program, or Bachelor’s degree or higher with an emphasis on physical or biological science from an accredited college or university or equivalent training. High School graduate required.

Experience:

Minimum of four years of experience in a clinical neurodiagnostic setting, including 2 years of experience with EP or long-term monitoring.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, above average computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic systems.

Compensation details: 38.5-55.06 Hourly Wage
