We look forward to meeting you What you can look forward to As a Test Automation Engineer you are responsible for the design and implementation of automated test scripts for software applications to improve the efficiency and repeatability of tests With your expertise, you contribute to the development and maintenance of test frameworks and infrastructures to support test automation and ensure scalability You design automated test cases based on requirements and specifications and drive the continuous development and optimization of test scripts You are responsible for executing automated tests, monitoring test runs and analyzing the results You are in close contact with the development team when identifying errors You oversee the maintenance and updating of automated test scripts according to changes in the software application You work closely with developers, test managers and other team members to ensure effective test automation in the development process Your profile A degree in computer science and several years of relevant professional experience Several years of experience in (agile) software development for web/app applications You have experience in programming, preferably in scripting languages such as Python, Java and JavaScript You have demonstrable experience in the use of test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Robot Framework or similar You are familiar with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes and their integration into the test cycle Understanding of test methods and a high level of analytical thinking You have an independent way of working and the motivation to proactively find solutions to challenges in test automation Strong communication, cooperation and teamwork skills make you a real team player What we offer you Flexible working: For us, flexible working means adapting your working hours to your circumstances.
