Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack Development

Job Description : Role : Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack - Backend Focus) In this role you will be one of the pioneer engineers to develop the core technology for Hedral. You will develop modern structural design, analysis and optimization software that is scalable on distributed cloud native systems using Generative Design & AI. You would have full leverage in deciding the tech stack as well as the architecture of the system. Required Skills & Experience : - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics - 5 years of professional engineering software development experience - 3 years developing distributed cloud native systems using on AWS using Python & Flask - Experience developing highly scalable backend applications with microservices architecture - 2 years of experience working on open-source of proprietary geometry kernel(s) such as ACIS, Parasolid or OpenCascade - Expert understanding of 3D Geometry primitives and Linear Algebra - 2 years of software development experience using Linear Algebra and 3D Math Preferred Skills & Experience : - Experience with one of more game development engines such as Unity, Unreal etc - Frontend 3D interactive application development using React, TypeScript & ThreeJS - 3D Graphics experience (OpenGL, Direct3d, Vulkan, WebGL) - Hands-on experience with one of more structural engineering design & analysis software such as Ansys, Altair, AutoCAD, Revit Structure, ETabs - Experience developing scalable cloud native distributed systems on public clouds AWS, GCP or Azure - Experience with Kubernetes (ref:hirist.tech)
