PHP Full Stack Developer - React.js/AngularJS

PHP Tech Lead: Key Roles and Responsibilities (KRA): - Lead tech team to develop, test, support and deploy SAAS Product in PHP, keeping up with product processes and deadlines. - Communicate technical expertise, stay current & communicate best practices within their technical discipline - Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and provides timely feedback - Document the requirement specifications and business process of product - Real time code review and feedback on technical challenges to team leads and team members - Understand software architect and collaborate with product manager to create and evaluate product features - Ensures Software Engineers are meeting performance and quality standards - Stay on the cutting edge of what's new in technology and user experience, identifying opportunities to and experimenting with applying new technologies and interaction patterns to customer problems. - Be receptive to suggestions for changing and improving the way work is accomplished. - Handles crises and stress calmly and effectively. - Encourages and supports others to take on responsibility, authority, and accountability. - Manage tasks using a project / Product management tool and follow up with specific owners to deliver components of the deliverable on time. - Be entrepreneurial in nature, work as an effective leader with the top management - Must have worked on Agile methodology for product development. - Research and evaluate new software related technologies and products. Development of prototypes for new technology initiatives and product - Contribute to the recruitment process within the organization - Identifies and provides direction to support team members to modify behavior that could be adversely impacting group effectiveness and productivity - Responsible for new hire training and smooth transition into teams - Scale up tech team and the tech platforms Desired Skills and Experience: - Excellent coding skills in PHP, React, Angular JS, Jira, MySQL - Strong knowledge of MVC, OOPS, SOLID, ORM, Design Pattern. - Frameworks like CodeIgniter, Laravel, Mongodb, or other latest frameworks - Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services. - Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards. - Understanding basic principle of database structure and web development. - Knowledge of templating technologies. - Familiarity with server technologies like AWS - Knack for benchmarking and optimization. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN. - Familiarity with continuous integration. - Experience with third party-party libraries and APIs. - Mastery in building scalable infrastructure or Distributed Systems required - A strong passion for bringing useful, useable and highly desirable user experiences to life - Agile/Scrum experience is must (ref:hirist.tech)
