Position : Project Manager Experience : 8 years Work Mode : WFO (Hybrid ) Location : Andheri Mumbai ,Bannerghatta, Bangalore - Communication must be good - Experience in Tech Project Management/ Architecture - Experience in Agile - Tech Relevance (Close or Adjacent) - Maximum team size handled - Experience in client management - Experience working International client - Experience in Restful Services - Experience in Mobile app development (Front End)- React Native, React JS - Experience in Mobile App Devt (Backend)- Python, Node or PHP - Communication skills Job Responsibilities : - Hands on attitude when mentoring/helping other team members - Exposure to software development especially Web and Mobile - Design software - high level as well as detailed design - Interact with customers, gather requirements and take over as a Scrum Master - Take on all challenges of productization and project management; lead the dev team with example - Responsible for delivery deadlines - Responsible for estimating new proposals - Suggests smart technical solutions to meet client requirements efficiently - Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients - Champion a responsive and stack-agnostic approach to modern software - Should be proficient in Agile Essential Skill Sets : - Should have hands on experience in web technologies or mobile application - Should have knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web Should have knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL, concurrency, security, encryption, HTTPS etc. - Should be comfortable with multiple technology stacks on both front-end and back-end. - Very strong analytical skills and problem solving - Very good oral and written communication - Knowledge on cloud - Experience on monitoring servers will be an added Should have following professional qualities : Leadership : - Achieves excellence in all areas of business. - Champions change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas.
