Job Description : We are seeking a Tech support engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the management of our company's databases to ensure efficient performance, security, and integrity. Responsibilities : Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of database systems. Support database backups and recovery solutions. Monitor database performance and tune accordingly. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as applying patches and updates. Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely resolution. Assist in database design and implementation based on business requirements. Collaborate with development teams to optimize SQL queries and schema designs.
