Team Lead- .Net Development

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack .NET Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, MS SQL, and Entity Framework. Location : Gurgaon (onsite) Responsibilities: Define the technical vision and roadmap for assigned projects. - Translate project requirements into actionable tasks and timelines. - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, MS SQL, Entity Framework, and other relevant technologies. - Responsible to gathering requirements from BA or directly from client - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. - Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify roadblocks. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in software development. - Excellent hands-on backend api's, databases for robust and scalable solutions Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 6-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, MS SQL, and Entity Framework. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns. - Proficiency in database design and development using MS SQL Server. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Nice to have experience with PL/SQL. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, MS SQL, Entity Framework, and other relevant technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. - Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
