If you're passionate about technology and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you Job Details: - Part-time opportunity, based on Equity Sharing Ownership Program (ESOP). - Hybrid mode of working, offering flexibility between remote and office-based work. - Candidates from Mumbai highly preferred for easy accessibility. - Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) arrangement for workspace Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management, balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives. - Develop and manage annual and quarterly budgets to support technology initiatives and projects. - Oversee data security management and governance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Cultivate strategic relationships with vendors and technology partners to enhance our technological capabilities. - Manage IT resource allocation, goal setting, and performance metrics, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. - Define the company's overall technology strategy to support business objectives, focusing on scalability, security, and optimal performance. - Monitor existing technology landscape and stay updated on emerging trends and advancements to maintain up-to-date tech solutions. - Apply advanced technology understanding in designing technology standards and frameworks to drive innovation. - Coordinate with all IT departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives with business operations.
