Salesforce Data Cloud Developer - Customer Data Platform

Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with expertise in Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions that leverage Salesforce's Data Cloud capabilities and CDP functionality to enhance our customer data management processes. Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days Mode of work : work from office (General shift) Job Type : Contract to Hire Job Description : - 2 years of experience in software development with a focus on Salesforce platform. - Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data Modeling concepts. - Familiarity with data governance principles and practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities. - Design, develop, and deploy solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud platform. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives related to customer data management and personalization. - Develop and customize Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including data integration, data modeling, and architecture design. - Implement Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to centralize and unify customer data from multiple sources. - Design and implement data governance processes and security controls to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with regulatory standards. - Develop custom components, triggers, workflows, and automation scripts using Apex, JavaScript, and - Visualforce to extend Salesforce functionality and meet specific business requirements. - Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce Einstein Analytics to enable advanced data visualization and analysis. - Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce technologies, CDP platforms, and best practices for customer data management. - Proven experience in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on data integration, data modeling, and architecture design. - Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation and configuration within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, JavaScript, and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security features, data governance principles, and regulatory compliance standards. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus. - Salesforce Data Cloud Developer plays a crucial role in leveraging Salesforce's powerful capabilities to help organizations effectively manage and utilize their data for business success.
