Senior Salesforce Consultant - Sales/Service Cloud

Job Title : Sr. Salesforce Consultant Location : Jaipur Experience : 7 to 12yrs Job Responsibilities : Leadership and Project Management : - Utilize 5 years of leadership experience as the Sr. Salesforce Consultant to drive project success, serving as the primary point of contact and will work as the face of the project. - Independently lead and manage offshore teams across multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project execution. Global Implementation and Client Management : - Take ownership of core implementations across diverse geographies for various business units. - Lead requirement gathering, client coordination at all levels, and act as a solution architect for custom client needs. - Analyze customer requirements and design integration solutions Client Interaction and Solution Development : - Conduct regular client calls (Monthly/Weekly/Daily), oversee UAT, and ascertain solution feasibility and compliance. - Perform Gap Analysis, create design solutions, project plans, effort sheets, and ETA charts to meet business requirements. - Train users at different levels on standard, custom, and security setups. Technical Expertise and Salesforce Implementation : - Manage data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce (through integration or file import). - Identify report requirements, develop KPIs, BIP reports, dashboards, and joined reports. - Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. - Coordinate with Salesforce support for release and patch management, ensuring smooth product functioning. Salesforce Configuration and Customization : - Configure OWD, profiles, permissions, sharing settings, roles hierarchy, user setup, territory setup, and business unit setup. - Customize multi-language, multi-currency, multi-BU, and multi-layout configurations. - Manage fields, tabs, picklists, layouts, accounts, contacts, opportunities, revenue forecasting, leads, activities, cases, and campaigns. - Implement junction objects, master-detail relationships, and lookups. - Customize and extend objects, pages, and fields. - Set up price book/product hierarchy, import/export data using data loader, deploy Salesforce mobile app, maps, and chatter. - Configure email-to-case, web-to-case, Einstein Chatbot, reports, analytics, dashboards, Outlook integration, admin tools, validations, metadata, page layouts, workflows, flows, validation rules, process builders, custom formula fields, and SOQL queries. Integration and Additional Responsibilities : - Integrate legacy systems and CTI integrations (RingCentral, Edify, etc.). Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant). - Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills (ref:hirist.tech)
