Junior Data Engineer - ETL/Informatica

Job Description : Responsibilities : - Study and Analyse existing systems and data sources and refactoring the data as per project requirements. - Putting together large, intricate data sets to satisfy both functional and non-functional business needs. - Determining, creating, and implementing internal process improvements, such as redesigning infrastructure for increased scalability, improving data delivery, and automating manual procedures. - Building necessary infrastructure using AWS and SQL technologies. This will enable effective data extraction, transformation, and loading from a variety of data sources. - Reformulating existing frameworks to maximise their functioning. - Building analytical tools that make use of the data flow and offer a practical understanding of crucial company performance indicators like operational effectiveness and customer acquisition. - Helping stakeholders, including the data, design, product, and executive teams, with technical data difficulties. - Working on data-related technical challenges while collaborating with stakeholders, including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams, to support their data infrastructure needs. - Remaining up-to-date with developments in technology and industry norms can help you to produce higher-quality results. Requirements (Skills & Knowledge) : - Good communication skills. - Should be proficient to lead the entire data engineering activities using variety of tools like Informatica, Hive, SQL, Structure and Un-Structured Databases systems. - Intercultural experience especially with European or US companies beneficial. - Product evaluation and implementation for IIOT, MES, EMI, Quality, based on clients requirements. - Manufacturing Industry IT experience in consulting and project implementation in areas like Industry 4.0, IIoT, Digital Manufacturing (MES), Engineering (R&D), IoT. - Actively involve in providing business consulting, roadmap (As Is - To Be) and solutions for IoT/ Mfg. IT/Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing (MES) SAP ME, Custom Web Development. - Good knowledge in Web and Cloud Technologies. - Sound knowledge in Business Intelligence, Big Data, AI/ML. - Knowledge of data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Qualification & Experience : - B.Tech/M. Tech - 4 Years experience from IT Software Development and essential knowledge in ETL, RDBM, ORD, Informatica, Hive. (ref:hirist.tech)
