UI/UX Designer - B2B SaaS Product Development

Role : UI/UX Designer Location : Noida Responsibilities : - Lead the creation and execution of user-centered design processes, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a focus on user needs and satisfaction - Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas. Create and refine user interface elements and user experience flows - Craft visually stunning and consistent design solutions for our B2B SaaS products, ensuring they reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience - Collaborate closely with Business and Platform Engineering Teams to implement and iterate on design concepts, providing guidance on design principles and best practices - Plan and conduct usability testing and gather feedback to make data-driven design decisions - Ensure that the product's UI/UX is responsive and works seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes - Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design patterns - Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points. Translate research findings into design improvements - Keep up to date with modern web technologies, frameworks, and design trends to remain competitive and offer the latest features and capabilities - Implement analytics tools to track user behavior and gather insights for continuous improvement - Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field - 7 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS product development - Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma , or similar - Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and user interface design - Experience with conducting user interviews and usability testing - Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence - Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles - Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS and Javascript - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Product & customer centric thinking - Ability to think creatively and critically to solve design challenges - Experience working in an Agile development environment Legal tech company : B2B Saas product, US client, product design, work on website, legal solution No Mobile development- required.
