Octro - Engineering Manager - C++ Programming

Job Description responsibilities will include : - Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of software engineers working on delivering mobile based games. - Own the delivery timelines. - Help the team deliver high quality code, meeting set timelines, while following good engineering practices such as proper design. - Participate actively in code development, code reviews, bug/issue triage within the engineering team. - Contribute to product architecture and solutions to deliver solutions that meet business goals. - Deliver products that meet goals on high availability, scalability, performance, reliability, and operations. - Be willing to get hands on when needed. - This may involve writing code. Mandatory Skills and Qualifications : - Btech from Tier-1/2 Engineering Institute ONLY - Total experience should be 8-12 years with some team handling experience. - Experience in both client slide (C++/ JS/Unity will be useful) & server side (C++/Erlang/Elixir, Scala/Python/NodeJS etc.) - Prior Experience in gaming would be great.
