Designation: Senior Software Developer - Security Qualification : Masters or bachelor's degree in Electronics or relevant Branch Experience : 6-10 years Location : Pune Job Summary : Senior Security software developer of Safety products for Industrial Automation. Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities : - Development of hardware-related software for microcontrollers and real-time software for safety switchgears and communication software for industrial networks. - Translation of technical requirements into a specification, creation of solution concepts in cooperation with the team and their implementation in software components. - Technical focus on hardware-related software for microcontrollers and the implementation of safety and security functions and communication interfaces. - Active project work with a focus on cyber security within product development projects (embedded area). - Advising and supporting the development teams in the creation and implementation of security solutions. - Support of security guidelines and specifications for the development process. - Experience in MISRA 2004 and 2012 coding guidelines. - Experience in versioning tools like SVN or git or equivalent. - Experience in providing Guidance Related to Software development to Juniors - End to End Software Module development. Key Skills : - Extended knowledge on single chip Microcontroller Programming in language ANSI-C and C/C++. - Good knowledge of software architecture and design with Cortex M-23 Controllers. - Software Component Development, Unit, Integration and regression testing. - Initial experience in design, implementation and testing of safety-relevant software according to IEC 61508 in C/C++ (Functional Safety Engineer preferred). - Professional experience with relevant standards and regulations in the field of security (IEC 62443-4-x). - Good knowledge in the standard-compliant documentation of safety and security developments (Safety Plan, V&V Plan, System FMEA, Security Plan). - Experienced in the specification of software projects in UML / SysML. - Programming experience according to MISRA C 2021 and SEI CERT C. - Experience in requirements creation and in dealing with requirements management tools, SW architecture, documentation in UML / SysML and in dealing with SVN / GitHub repositories. - Application and industry knowledge in the field of automation technology or logistics automation. - Experience in the application of agile development methods/Scrum. - Work in a team of self-motivated engineers and equally contribute for success of the project. - Independent and autonomous working method in the project team. - Fluent in English, German is an advantage. - Capable of leading or problem-solving small development team (minimum 1 member). - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
