About the job: Expected start: Immediate Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering various technical projects within the organization. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of projects and services according to client requirements and contractual agreements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. - Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and project teams. - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure project success. - Communicate project objectives, status updates, and risks to stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks as they arise. - Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-mortems. - Collaborate with technical teams to define project requirements and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics. - Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Foster a collaborative and productive working environment within the project team. - Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns. - Lead project review meetings and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. - Provide leadership and guidance to team members throughout the project Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience managing technical projects, preferably in a software development environment. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - PMP or other project management certification is a plus. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
