IT Administrator - SFMS/CCIL/NGRTGS Applications

We are hiring IT Administrator at Mumbai location for one of the leading Bank. Organization : Leading Bank Location : Mumbai Designation : IT Administartor Job Description : - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT. - Experience with IT Infrastructure inclusive of Hardware, Software, Applications and Products inclusive of SFMS, CCIL, NGRTGS ( DR Drill and others ) and other banking and infra applications - Experience with maintenance Windows OS and Databases, such as Oracle and SQL Server. - Professional qualification in the network is preferred. - Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. - Good Communication ability and fluency in English. - Good experience in SFMS ( NEFT and RTGS ) and CCIL all application management and administrator - Experience in IRBT certificate issue process - NRTGS Experience - Email client knowledge - Responsiveness and quickness to close open tickets related Desktop, laptop and user end issues. - Creation of AD ID, mail ID, setting up IT system for new employee. Change in hardware. - Managing and engaging with vendors and negotiation skills. - Relationship management with internal & external stakeholder. - Provide & sustain key services (data security, accessibility, tech support collaboration). Availability of IT infrastructure, e-mail Server, Network connectivity, internet, EPABX system, firewall - Application version upgrade. - Monitoring capacity of server room and office area. - Preventive maintenance of IT systems periodically (ref:hirist.tech)
