Job Description : (Summary) The Director of Enterprise Architecture and Integration will be part of our Enterprise Architecture, IoT, and API management group. Considering the significant growth goal, the cornerstone of reaching this goal is evolving into a digital-first organization and supporting the vision with technologies that accelerate a shift towards aggressive growth. Quest is engaging in a multi-phase digital transformation that will evolve our customer engagement platform and allow us to support our goal of creating a digital-first customer experience. This includes Data Platform, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Enterprise system integration.The ideal candidate will help build, manage, monitor, and mentor resources at our GIC office and collaborate with leaders in the US. The leader should have extensive experience in managing resources at ODC and create a collaborative and productive environment. Duties and Responsibilities: - Architect custom end-to-end Application, infrastructure and platform-engineered solutions - Develop long-term IT strategies and plans in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders. - Develop and communicate technical standards for product development throughout the organization. - Define and design business and information architecture. - Create documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical support documents. - Execute exploratory projects and proofs of concept to identify, evaluate, and adopt the most suitable model for the business context. - Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and extendable architecture and roadmaps for the Quest digital enterprise. - Analyze and improve existing processes and workflows. - Identify, analyze, and recommend emerging technologies that will make an impact. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to define product requirements in alignment with business goals. - Advise management and team members on systems architecture best practices. - Provide mentoring, leadership, and technical direction to product development team members. - Lead storyboarding and solution brainstorming sessions. - Adhere to the solicitation requirements and develop a technical volume outline. - Develop solution blueprint(s) and integration strategies. - Define standards, guidelines, and best practices to fit and use technologies within Information Systems and logical systems required. - Evaluate and select from existing and emerging technologies options best fitting business and IT strategic needs. - Work with the team(s) to develop and present the best fit solution and provide technical solutioning oversight to multiple Initiatives. - Develop and establish a subject-matter-expert network within Quest Solution Architecture Group and mentor SMEs to build the best solutions. - Provide an oral presentation as part of the solutions submitted and discussions with business and IT stakeholders and management - Provide management reports as Work Experience: - A minimum of 15 years experience in IT, including eight years in Design and Architecture or application and infrastructure, using leading methodologies and processes. - Experience in managing resources in ODC environment, collaborating with business and IT during US office hours. - Experience working on large projects involving multiple parties, including Project Managers and third-party vendors, on high-profile and technologically innovative enterprise solutions. - 8 years of experience leading a team of Developers and Architects - Exposure to Service Oriented Architecture, design, development, implementation, and integration of enterprise-wide applications - Experience with a wide variety of continuous integration and source control tools. - Proven track record of successful implementation of all project life cycle stages from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancements. - Experience working with data interchange and data management (i.e., ETL processes, database interaction) - Expertise in information architecture practices such as user-centered design, information architecture - Experience conducting usability research. - Experience working across multiple platforms. - Knowledge of development technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java, AI/ML, GenAI, Integration and API Management, Clouds - Knowledge of UX trends and best practices - Knowledge of popular development APIs - Familiarity with open-source development processes - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred Work Experience: - Solution Architecture certification will be an added advantage. - Expertise with architect design tools will be an advantage.
