Role & Responsibilities : 1. Understand a problem statement and bring analytical solutions & techniques to come up with the solution 2. Conduct advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance 3. Work with various stakeholders to identify the business requirements, define working methodologies and the expected outcome 4. Analyse and highlight product growth opportunities 5. Recommend ongoing improvements to methods, algorithms, tools and products 6. Collaborate with internal teams like success, creative, marketing, product, tech and more, to drive retention. 7. Make TranZact more data-driven organization by creating platforms to better access, interpret and use data in driving day-to-day decisions and business functioning Minimum Requirements : 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Analytics role 2. Expert level proficiency in SQL, Python (1-2yrs exp), Google Analytics, Advanced Excel, Data visualization tools 3. Problem-solving: Ability to break the problem into small problems and think of relevant techniques 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 5. Strong with basics, quick learner & good with numbers 6. Experience working hands-on with large-scale data sets 7.
