Job title - Senior Windows Administrator Azure Engineer Exp - 6 to 8 years Loc - Hyderabad Job Description: - Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science. - Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator is preferred (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, NPS, DFS, FTP). - Experience Azure Engineer (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS platforms) and migration knowledge is plus. - Knowledge of implementation of Services on Azure, Hybrid environment. - Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, maintenance, and patching. - Ability to create scripts in PowerShell. - Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms. - Configuring and managing ESXI hosts, vCenter, HA and shared storage. - Working knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V is preferred. - Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup. - Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed. - Experienced in windows patching using patch management tool (SCCM, Intune, Ninja RMM) - Provide regular and accurate management reporting on IT Service performance. - Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner. - Knowledge of RMM tool is must. - Knowledge on ITIL Process. Open to work 24/7 - Experience with managing or planning/leading strongly preferred. - Ability to effectively interact and maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers at all levels. - Ability to effectively work both autonomously and as a contributing team member. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Good analytical and communication skills.
