Product Manager - Tokenization

Role Overview : As the Tokenization Product Manager, your primary objective is to develop and manage a comprehensive tokenization ecosystem. This ecosystem will encompass all necessary functions for tokenization, administration, and ongoing operations, providing clients with a seamless and attractive solution. Your role involves forming pre-configured tokenization packages tailored to different jurisdictions, complete with contracts or MOUs with relevant partners and vendors. You will lead internal and external teams to ensure the successful implementation and operation of these packages. Responsibilities : - Develop Attractive Tokenization Packages - Create pre-configured tokenization packages for different jurisdictions. - Include features, vendors, and services required for tokenization at various cost points. - Ensure packages are attractive and comprehensive, addressing all client needs and concerns. Coordinate Pre-Arrangements and Contracts : - Establish pre-arranged contracts or MOUs with exchanges, broker dealers, legal counsel, compliance vendors, administrators, custodians, and other relevant parties. - Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained to facilitate smooth operations. - Lead Internal and External Teams - Coordinate with internal teams such as development, legal, compliance, and operations to integrate tech solutions provided by NetXD into tokenization packages. - Lead external teams including vendors, partners, and legal counsel to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines. Qualifications : - Proven experience in a similar role within the fintech or blockchain industry, preferably in tokenization or asset digitization. - Product management skills and driving development of end-to-end tokenization product is a must - Should have implemented products for at least two or more clients - Engineering degree with 4 to 7 years of Software product development is an added advantage - Strong understanding of tokenization processes, regulatory requirements, and market trends. - Demonstrated ability to form partnerships, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships. - Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to lead cross- functional teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
