Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Architect

About the Role : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior AI/ML Architect to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a leadership role in driving the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions that solve complex business problems and propel our organization forward. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of AI/ML, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into innovative technical solutions. Responsibilities : AI/ML Leadership : - Lead the design and development of AI/ML solutions from ideation to production, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities where AI/ML can create significant impact. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and learning. Solution Architecture : - Architect scalable and robust AI/ML systems, encompassing data pipelines, feature engineering, model selection, training, and deployment. - Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML tools, platforms, and frameworks to meet project requirements and ensure efficient resource utilization. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and integrate these innovations into the development process. Technical Expertise : - Possess a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques. - Be proficient in programming languages like Python, R, or Java for developing AI/ML applications. - Have deep expertise in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. - Possess knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI/ML solutions at scale. - Understand big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) for handling large datasets effectively. Communication & Collaboration : - Collaborate effectively with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML models. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additional Skills : - Experience with software engineering principles and agile development methodologies is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail. - Commitment to data privacy and security throughout the AI/ML lifecycle. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). - 8-10 years of industry experience working with AI/ML technologies and frameworks. - Proven track record of leading and delivering successful AI/ML projects.
