Company Name is Treup (Global e-commerce platform) Location : Andheri Chakala Budget is up to 25 LPA Job Description : As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Trepup, you will spearhead our design initiatives, setting the standard for excellence in user interfaces and enhancing user experiences. You will lead our design projects, collaborating closely with development, product management, and marketing teams to transform concepts into user flows, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive and impactful user interactions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes optimized for a range of devices and interfaces, with a focus on touch and traditional interactions. - Masterfully identify design challenges and innovate user-centric solutions. - Strategically influence design and UX decisions, balancing between innovation and functionality. - Employ a user-centered design methodology, rapidly prototype, test, and iterate based on user feedback and analytical data. - Facilitate a collaborative dynamic that enables the integration of your designs with organizational goals, working closely with other designers, developers, and stakeholders. - Drive and inspire new ideas, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation. Education and Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Interface Design, Human Computer Interaction, Human-Centered Computing, or a related field from a reputed institution. - A consistently high-performing academic record with first-class grades throughout. - Professional certifications or continued education in UX design, Interaction Design, or a related field are highly desirable. Experience : - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design in a fast-paced and innovative tech environment. - Demonstrated experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. - Strong leadership experience, with a record of mentoring junior designers and leading design projects. Required : - Exceptional skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Adobe XD. - A thorough understanding of touch interaction, mobile-first, and adaptive responsive design. - Strong problem-solving skills with a balance of innovative design and practical functionality. Good to Have : - Experience with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Excellent communication skills, capable of conceptualizing and conveying design proposals to team members and stakeholders.
