Python Architect - Django/Flask

Role : Python Architect Location : Pune Contractual position. Salary : 1.3 - 1.5 LPM in hand Experience : 8 Years Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Architect to join our team. As a Python Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and development of Python-based software solutions. You will drive technology design, implementation, execution, and optimization for various projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive development experience in Python programming, along with a solid understanding of software architecture and system design principles. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with individual contributors, managers, and customers. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the architecture, design, and development of Python-based software solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system architecture, and develop scalable solutions. - Drive technology design, implementation, execution, and optimization for projects. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including individual contributors, managers, and customers. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Extensive development experience in Python programming. - Proven experience in software architecture, system design, and development. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect).
