Company : Brainvire Infotech Position : Team Lead - Odoo Location : Ahmedabad/Mumbai Total Experience : 7-12 Years Job Type : Full-time Requirement : - Should have relevant experience minimum 5-6 Years exp in Odoo with latest version. - Lead and manage a team of Odoo developers, ensuring efficient and high-quality project delivery. - Proficient in Python, with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. - Hands-on experience with Odoo default modules such as Sales, HR, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. - Advantageous if experienced in Odoo Point of Sale (POS) development. - Extensive knowledge of Odoo functional aspects, with the ability to understand customer requirements and map them to Odoo solutions. - Must have experience in Community and Enterprise Editions both. - In-depth understanding of third-party integrations with Odoo and experience in implementing them seamlessly. - Ability to handle major customizations in Odoo, ensuring scalability and performance. - Work closely with international clients, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Just add Accounting in default module and collaboration list . - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, HR, and manufacturing, to ensure a holistic approach to project delivery. - Conduct regular code reviews, mentor team members, and promote best practices in Odoo development. - Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process. - Take ownership of challenging projects, driving them from conception to successful completion.
