Why you should work with us : We believe in Atmanirbharta: Independently lead projects and own deliverables You get a chance to be part of ESOP POOL by treating StarClinch as your own baby We promise skilful growth in short a steep learning curve You get to be part of the founding team in less than 6 months with your best foot forward (advantage: photo in PAGE 3) Job Description : - Review the product releases. - Test current software products and identify deficiencies. - Suggest solutions to identified product problems. - Work on tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA. - Solid experience ineffective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis. - Writing and reviewing testing plans. - Work on other initiatives to improve the MS-Word, MS-Excel. - Eye for detail. - Knowledge of bug reporting tools like JIRA and REDMINE. - Data collection, management, and analysis. - Problem analysis and problem-solving. - Testing Tools: Experience with relevant QA testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) can be a plus. - Knowledge of Relevant Industry Standards: Depending on the role, understanding of industry-specific quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) may be important . - Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma.
