Worksoft Certify Specialist

Job Description : As a Worksoft Certify Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions through automated testing using Worksoft Certify. You will lead and manage testing teams, leverage your expertise in Worksoft tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality testing solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage large, diverse testing teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful project delivery. - Utilize your hands-on experience with Worksoft tools, including Worksoft Certify, Worksoft Analyze, Worksoft Impact, and Worksoft Execution Manager, to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts. - Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test objectives, requirements, and scope, and develop test strategies and plans accordingly. - Work closely with SAP functional teams to understand business processes and requirements in the supply chain domain, and translate them into test scenarios and scripts. - Leverage your knowledge of Panaya Test Management tool to enhance test management and reporting capabilities, and integrate Worksoft Certify with other testing tools and systems as needed. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in automated testing and quality assurance, and recommend process improvements and tool enhancements to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide training and support to testing teams and stakeholders on Worksoft tools and methodologies, and promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the organization. - Communicate effectively with project teams, management, and stakeholders, both orally and in writing, to provide updates, escalate issues, and ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4 to 8 years of experience in automated testing, with a focus on Worksoft Certify. - Ability to manage large, diverse testing teams and drive successful project delivery. - Hands-on experience with Worksoft Analyze, Worksoft Impact, and Worksoft Execution Manager. - SAP functional knowledge in the supply chain domain is an added advantage. - Knowledge of Panaya Test Management tool is preferred. - Knowledge of Neoload performance testing tool is preferred. - Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
