SAP WM/LE Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced SAP WM/LE (Warehouse Management / Logistics Execution) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP WM and LE modules. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP systems to meet business needs. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful SAP projects. Key Responsibilities : Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to warehouse management and logistics execution processes. Solution Design: Design SAP WM/LE solutions based on business requirements, considering industry best practices and SAP standard functionality. Configuration: Configure SAP WM/LE modules, including settings for storage types, storage bins, warehouse structures, goods movements, picking strategies, and delivery processes. Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP WM/LE and other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and PP (Production Planning). Testing: Develop and execute test plans for SAP WM/LE configurations, ensuring that system functionality meets business requirements and is free from defects. Documentation: Document functional specifications, configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials for SAP WM/LE processes. User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP WM/LE functionality, processes, and best practices. Production Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP WM/LE issues, resolving incidents and fulfilling change requests in a timely manner. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within SAP WM/LE modules, recommending and implementing enhancements as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications : Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP WM/LE modules, including at least two full lifecycle implementations. SAP Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP WM/LE functionality, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse management and logistics execution processes in manufacturing, distribution, or retail industries. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and design effective SAP solutions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders at all levels. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to project deliverables and supporting fellow team members. Preferred Qualifications : SAP Certification: Certification in SAP WM or LE modules is preferred. Project Management: Experience leading SAP WM/LE implementation projects or serving as a team lead on SAP projects. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of ABAP programming and SAP IDocs for troubleshooting and customization purposes.
