Our Vision : To create a trustworthy, transparent, and highest integrity financial institution that positively advances the socio-economic well-being of lower middle class to middle-class Indian households while protecting the interests of all stakeholders Location : Bangalore Job Title : Product Analyst As a member of the Product team, you will : Assist Personal loans business : - Assist PMs/Engineering teams in execution of releases and strive for operational excellence. - Gather end to end customer data insights and monitor releases to ensure they deliver the expected impact - Create scalable documentation and communication to relevant teams - Conduct thorough customer data driven analysis to understand the current process and identify areas for improvement and optimization across lending value chain - Spend time doing customer immersion, listening to calls to find meaningful insights. Stakeholder management for execution : - Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand the business processes, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations. Work closely with business partnerships team : - Own new partner onboarding along with InCred Partnership team by providing technical expertise and ensuring seamless go live - Work backward from customer experience. Work closely with technical support teams to: - Understand frequently occurring issues & highlight them to respective tech stakeholders. - Gathering the required information necessary in order to best handle the technical issues - Owning the root cause fix of the issues and continually driving issues encountered down with a focus on automation and operations excellence Qualification : An ideal candidate would have : - 0-2 years of experience in a business/product analyst role (Fintech experience would be an added advantage) - Working knowledge of SQL & Excel - Basic knowledge of APIs - Structured thinking & problem solving - Strong communication (both verbal & written) & management skills - Intellectual curiosity and learning drive to create continuous improvement (ref:hirist.tech)
