Job Description : - Google Analytics Skills (Google Tag Manager, Compliance , Web development etc.) - Strong Understanding of Web Site Architecture and associated technologies (HTML , Javascript etc.) - Google Analytics (Ability to create custom reports , dashboards, support integration requests to other systems ) - Configuring up Cross domain user tracking etc - SQL skill set, should have used any reporting tools like Tableau/Power BI/QLIK/Data studio/Looker studio - Should have 40% hands on exp in WEB development - Configuring up Cross domain user tracking etc They need to be available for day to day development work also needs to support hands-on various Tag Implementation projects, they must have supported and should have robust experience on Data Layer implementation using Tag management tools like GTM/Adobe Launch We really need someone who knows their way around Consent Management Platforms like OneTrust, especially with using Google Tag Manager (GTM). It's important they can handle all the legal stuff like GDPR and CCPA too. This is because we want to make sure we're collecting user data the right way and respecting privacy laws. Also, it's super important that the person we hire is great with data layers. They should be able to set them up so we can track data accurately on our websites and apps. This means they need to be more of a developer, someone who's comfortable coding and setting up complex tracking setups. Candidate should have a lot of experience with OneTrust and GTM, and he knows how to work with data protection laws. That's the standard we should aim for with our candidates. (ref:hirist.tech)
