Senior Cyber Security Manager - Vulnerability Management

Overall Job Purpose : - This role is based in India with possible hybrid working in Chennai Office. It includes regular interaction with other geographically located teams. - The Senior Cyber Security Manager works closely with other members of the Tech Services team to provide services for global business. Key Responsibilities : - Overseeing and managing all aspects of the cyber security program. This includes developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures. - Leading, mentoring and ensuring the training of a team of cyber security professionals together with roles where cyber security plays a part. - Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and roadmap. - Stay up to date with latest cybersecurity threats and trends and adapt the strategy accordingly. - Create, update and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards including but not limited to, PCI, ISO-27001, GDPR and CCPA - Oversee the day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including monitoring, incident detection and response. - Co-ordination with other tech teams and departments to implement security controls and measures. - Identify and assess cyber security risks and vulnerabilities. - Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and plans. - Evaluate, select and implement cybersecurity tools and solutions to enhance our security posture. - Manage relationships with vendors. - Lead incident response efforts in the event of a cyber security breach - Develop and maintain incident response plans. - Develop and deliver cyber security awareness programs and training to employees. - Prepare regular reports on our cyber security status and incidents.
