We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and empower the talented team of developers forour client. You will be responsible for driving the development of high-quality, scalable solutions, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Designation : Engineering Manager Education : B.Tech/B.E/ BCA/MCA /M.Tech Experience : 8 yrs Budget : As per Industry Location : Hyderabad Work from Office - 5 days a week Must Have : Tech Stack : Backend - Linux (Ubuntu), ASP.NET Core, C#, Nginx, MongoDB, EventStoreDB Frontend - JavaScript, React ,SASS Key Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : - Architect and design technically robust, flexible, and scalable solutions. - Work closely with developers to produce high-level solutions and documentation. - Help solve technical problems when they arise. - Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals. Team Management : - Mentor junior team members in key decision making. - Set up and improve processes to increase team effectiveness and efficiency. - Establish and champion best practices for development. - Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. - Motivate and drive the team to achieve high-quality deliverables. Project Management : - Plan and execute strategies for completing projects on time. - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. - Track project progress and identify potential risks. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status and goals. Qualifications : - Should have 8 years of work experience in software development. - Possess 2-5 years of engineering management experience, preferably in a technology company. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). - Proven ability to mentor and develop junior engineers. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proficient in industry-standard development tools and technologies.
