Technical Architect - MEAN/MERN Stack

At The Salt Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting solutions across a diverse technological stack, with a strong focus on frontend and backend development, server administration, and technical integration with external stakeholders. Expectations from Tech Architect : 1. Extensive architect experience with the following technological stack : - MERN/MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js / Node.js, React.js, Angular.js) - Additional Frontend tools : HTML5/CSS, Javascript, Wordpress - Animation libraries such as GSAP/Three.js - Additional Backend and Database tools : Python and MySQL - Experience in server administration such as Linux, AWS - Experience in tools such as Github, Bitbucket/Pipelines 2. Draft documents detailing technical integration required with external stakeholders. External stakeholders could include : - Publishers as well as Platforms - Brand managers - Media Managers / Campaign - Demand-Side Platforms (DSP), Supply-Side Platforms (SSP), Data Management Platforms (DMP) 3. Ensure a thorough examination of technological implementation of products at partner organizations to ensure that there is a distinct viability of product integration - Based on this requirement, draft a technological plan that needs to be followed for ensuring that integration is done 4. Provide substantive direction (in terms of design and architecture) with the respect of possibilities of infrastructure that might be present at external stakeholders' end. 5. Provide business inputs and technical architecture, in terms of product extensibility, which might lead to integration with : - Search Engine Platforms (for Keyword integration) - DSP (for Audience Taxonomy) 6. Critically evaluate existing/future product development work and suggest directional alignment. 7. Chart out technical implementation required for product development and integration with various stakeholders (listed above). 8. Provide specific technological inputs based on the product design and architecture. 9. Coordinate with the development team to ensure that the software design and implementation is as per the project plan. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in IT Field, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role. - Extensive experience with MERN/MEAN stack, frontend and backend development, server administration, and technical integration. - Strong understanding of version control systems and project management tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
