Job Description

BMS Hyderabad is an integrated global hub where our work is focused on helping patients prevail over serious diseases by building sustainable and innovative solutions. This important science, technology, and innovation center will support a range of technology and drug development activities that will help us usher in the next wave of innovation. The Partner Digital Enablement Analyst, part of Identity Governance and Administration function, will be responsible for executing and overseeing digital processes to onboard, enable, support and offboard external partners through our ecosystem at Bristol Myers Squibb. Responsibilities: Efficiently onboard and enable system connectivity and digital collaboration capabilities for our growing community of external partners. Maintain Partner Digital Enablement runbook to support the day-to-day operations. Enable partner digital connectivity and collaboration capabilities during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Provide support for partner enablement issues, including root cause analysis, and resolution. Collaborate with Partner Enablement Operations Lead and Service Owners to improve partner enablement process efficiencies, increase enablement offerings and enhance productivity. Monitor compliance with BMS policies and IT Service Operational Performance. Execute reports and analytics in ServiceNow and LDAP. Conduct testing and validation of partner system components to ensure accuracy, reliability, and usability. Analyze digital connectivity processes and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize collaboration between external/internal workforce. Position Requirements: Bachelors degree. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in IT or related fields. Ability to do basic SQL queries. Familiarity with cloud-based hosting environment such as Azure. Good knowledge of security principles, practices, and procedures. Basic knowledge of SailPoint, IdentityIQ and LDAP Directory concepts. Demonstrated ability to use structured problem solving to identify root causes, assess impact, and develop resolution options. Experience working across multiple teams to drive projects and operational activities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with internal external stakeholders and form strong relationships within a matrix organization. Understanding and/or experience on any of these platforms/systems (Active Directory, ForgeRock, and CyberArk, Password Management) will be an added advantage. HYDIT LI-Hybrid
