Analyst II, Identity Access Management Manual Provisioning {IAM & Servicenow}

The Identity Access Management Manual Provisioning Analyst at Bristol Myers Squibb is accountable for the management and provisioning of user accounts and access privileges across a range of globally accessible solutions, while maintaining security and compliance standards. Responsibilities: Execute the manual provisioning of user/other accounts and permissions across various systems and platforms based on established policies and procedures. Manage access requests and terminations in accordance with access control policies and business requirements. Maintain accurate records of provisioning activities and related documentation. Interact with the Service Desk and end-users to provide basic user support regarding access fulfillment. Regularly review work queues to prevent breaches of turn around agreements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in provisioning operations. Conduct periodic reviews of support documentation and Runbook entries for accuracy or obtain certification from the owner / responsible party. Position Requirements: Bachelors degree in information technology or related field 2-4 years experience in Identity and Access Management or related field Strong understanding of IT security principles and access control concepts and frameworks. Proficiency in using provisioning tools, identity management systems, and directory services. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Must be a strong team player with a willingness to share information and train others. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving and continuous improvement. Understanding and/or experience on any of these platforms/systems (Unix / Linux, Service Now, Active Directory / ADUC, SAP, SailPoint, ForgeRock, and CyberArk) Demonstrated flexibility and a proactive learning attribute, with a willingness to take on new challenges and acquire new skills.
