At core, we are a premium technology solutions and service provider to career counsellors, educationists, aspiring counsellors, psychologists, ed-tech companies to help them set up, establish and scale their own career counselling and study abroad business vertical across 30 countries. The Role: Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications, with a strong focus on PHP and React. - Write complex and optimized SQL queries, including joins and stored procedures, for efficient data retrieval and manipulation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and functionalities. - Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of web applications. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to resolve issues and enhance performance. - Manage and optimize database systems, with a strong emphasis on MySQL. - Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold code quality standards. - Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in PHP and React development. Ideal Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on PHP and React. - Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, including: 1. Front-end: React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related libraries and frameworks. 2. Back-end: PHP (expert level), MySQL, and RESTful API development. - Exceptional knowledge of database design, optimization, and management, with a focus on MySQL. - Proven experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Familiarity with cloud platforms - Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
