Tableau Manager - Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

Skill: Tableau Manager Work location: Initial 1 week in Chennai; later will be remote Duration: Long term. Deployment mode: Contract / FTE Start date: Immediate JD: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields. - Strong expertise in Tableau with a proven track record of delivering complex BI solutions. - Decent experience in either Power BI or Qlik sense, with the ability to adapt and learn new tools quickly. - Experience leading and managing a team of BI developers and BI testers, preferably in an offshore model. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically while also being hands-on technically. - Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is a plus. - Experience in Agile methodologies and project management practices is preferred.
