Role : Sr Custom App Developer /Lead Experience Level : 5 - 12 Years Location : Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Kochi, Kolkata, Nagpur Position Type : Full-time Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Job Description : We are seeking a seasoned Sr Custom App Developer /Lead with a minimum of 8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise-wide, multi-tier environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom app development, scoped application development, and hands-on experience with App Engine. Additionally, expertise in cloud scripting languages, particularly JavaScript and JSON, along with REST and SOAP integrations, is crucial. Responsibilities : - Develop custom applications in ServiceNow using App Engine. - Integrate ServiceNow with external systems such as AD, SCCM, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, B2B). - Script automated processes and demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Implement Agile Scrum methodology in development processes. - Utilize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and more. - Possess certification in ServiceNow Administration and ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist (ITSM). Skills & Requirements : - In-depth ITSM process knowledge. - Proficiency in reporting and dashboards. - Excellent understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Best Practices. - Expertise in Notifications & Workflows, Import Sets, Transform Maps, REST, SOAP Integrations, CMDB, Discovery, Business Services, Event Management, Service Level Management, and Service Mapping. - Familiarity with Client & Server APIs, Script Includes, JavaScript, AJAX, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JSON. - Strong communication skills.
