Senior OneTrust Data Privacy Specialist

Key Responsibilities : - Conduct data impact assessments to identify and mitigate risks associated with the processing of personal data. - Design integration connections between OneTrust and other systems to streamline data privacy management processes. - Automate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) using OneTrust platform. - Maintain accurate records of data processing activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Manage vendor onboarding processes and approval workflows within the OneTrust platform. - Oversee supply chain procurement activities related to data privacy and security compliance. - Develop assessment questionnaires and surveys within OneTrust to evaluate privacy risks and compliance readiness. - Provide support on OneTrust integrations and administration tasks, including user management and configuration. - Design workflows and webforms within OneTrust to perform specific data privacy-related tasks and activities. - Integrate OneTrust with external systems such as ServiceNow to facilitate data incident management and response. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in data privacy management, with a focus on using the OneTrust platform. - Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy laws. - Proficiency in conducting data impact assessments and designing integration connections. - Experience automating PIA and DPIA processes using OneTrust or similar tools. - Familiarity with record-keeping requirements and best practices for maintaining data processing records. - Knowledge of vendor management and supply chain procurement activities related to data privacy compliance. - Ability to build assessment questionnaires and surveys within OneTrust to evaluate privacy risks. - Experience in supporting OneTrust integrations and administering the platform. - Demonstrated ability to design workflows and webforms within OneTrust to perform specific tasks. - Experience integrating OneTrust with external systems like ServiceNow for incident management.
