Key Responsibilities: Evaluating Release changes on the Salesforce Platform and impact to existing and planned applications Actively Assists with planning activities to address changes on the SF platform considering: Security and compliance Data Modeling & Migration needs Multi-component solutions Apex, Visualforce, Lighting Web Components AppExchange Apps API impact Secure messaging Managing large data volumes (LDVs) Integration patterns DevOps strategy Leading a team of developers CI/CD Environment management Deployments Qualifications & Experience: Strong technical skills in Salesforce development , including Salesforce Lightning, Apex , Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. Experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems. Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA. Knowledge of data migration and data management tools and techniques, such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard. Strong understanding of Salesforce security features and best practices, including role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health, and Marketing Clouds . Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce. Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II . Requires thorough knowledge of the principles and concepts of a discipline and developed knowledge of other related disciplines, typically gained through a university degree and 5-8 years of experience. Articulates and presents complex information clearly and concisely across all levels. Participates in decision makingand brings experiences and ideas to achieveteamobjectives.? Identifies short-term and long-term development goalsaligned with current capabilities.
