Senior Software Engineer [.NET & Angular]

Roles & Responsibilities: Business Stakeholder Relationship Management (Stakeholder Analysis, Communication, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, Change Management. Etc.) Business Problem Statement Refinement (5-Whys, Brainstorming, Root Cause Analysis, Mind Mapping, Benchmarking, Etc.) Business Requirements Definition Business Process Modeling Solution and System Design Solution Diagramming (Conceptual, Logical, and Physical) Solution Optioning (Market Research, Vendor Selection, Etc.) Value Delivery Realization Design (KPIs, plan to realize and track benefits) Cost-Benefit Analysis (Cost Estimation, TOC calculation, NPV, IRR, ROI) Implementation Strategy Design (Delivery Methodologies, Deployment Models, Project Planning, Timelines) KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technology solutions with Good understanding of the S-SDLC. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies with exposure to any or all C# .NET 4.8, .NET Core 2, ASP.NET MVC, Angular 8, Web API, Azure App. Expertise & experience in MES , PLM , PLC , DCS is preferrable.Should have exposure to design patterns, MVC, REST, Event Driven Computing and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in API design. Should be able to come up with performance optimized APIs as solutions to client requirements. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with DevOps practice with relevant certification (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect) are highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
