Sr. Engineer, Business Partner MES for Operating Units

Roles & Responsibilities: Business Stakeholder Relationship Management (Stakeholder Analysis, Communication, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, Change Management. Etc.) Business Problem Statement Refinement (5-Whys, Brainstorming, Root Cause Analysis, Mind Mapping, Benchmarking, Etc.) Business Requirements Definition Process Modeling Solution and System Design Solution Diagramming (Conceptual, Logical, and Physical) Solution Optioning (Market Research, Vendor Selection, Etc.) Value Delivery Realization Design (KPIs, plan to realize and track benefits) Cost-Benefit Analysis (Cost Estimation, TOC calculation, NPV, IRR, ROI) Implementation Strategy Design (Delivery Methodologies, Deployment Models, Project Planning, Timelines) Knowledge & Skill: Successful candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelors degree in an Engineering field with at least 10 years experience throughout entire IT Lifecycle (Business Case, Plan, Build, Test, Deploy, Support, Retire) A successful candidate will have knowledge and experience with manufacturing or laboratory systems technologies. Syncade and DeltaV would be preferable. MS Visio , Project, Power Point and Excel Successful candidate will possess: Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working in diverse, multi-disciplined work groups. Ability to work in a diverse work environment, manage multiple priorities, and at times, be self-directed. Excellent written and communication skill are required. Working Environment: Work with Enterprise Architect to understand the organization framework and plan the solution design for the business process in scope. Collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions. Must effectively communicate with stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals. Work with software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to design solutions that meet the business needs of the GPS IT.
