GAMIFi is hiring an exceptional Engineering Manager (Java Backend) who is technical leader for one of the leading Internet firms based out of Mumbai. We are looking for candidates from Product / Internet or eCommerce industry. Position : Engineering Manager (Java Backend) Role : Techno Managerial (Java Backend & People Management) Experience : 9 yrs Job Type : Permanent & Work From Office Qualification : B.Tech /B.E / MCA Job Location : Mumbai Role & Responsibilities : Build, lead, develop and coach teams of top technical talent. Build scalable and reliable technology solutions at a rapid pace. Collaborate with product team and build a commercially successful product. Be responsible to recruit & lead a team of highly skilled software engineers and provide strong hands on engineering leadership. In addition, architect and lead the engineering design and development for building in-house products. Drive agility in execution, create a strong team culture of responsiveness by leading by example and own decision making around prioritization for better predictability. Hiring Criteria : B.E/B.Tech or any other similar qualification with experience as a tech leader and people manager for at least 9 years. Experience of managing teams and delivering high-quality projects on time Experience with building, developing and coaching teams of best technical talent in the Industry Experience with managing diverse teams and delivering high-quality projects on time Deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available setup Experience with new open source technologies and their adoption into product development etc. Kindly Note : The incumbents must be from Product / Internet industry only.
